How Do Ya Like THEM Carrots???

Last post, we showed you some shots of us munching on our little carrots...but take a look at this one!!! I sent Jack out to the garden to grab me a couple of carrots and he came back with this!! I was in shock, and so was he. I let him snack on it and used the others for the salad. Everything seem on this plate is from our garden...spinach, lettuce & carrots. This morning we made lemonade with our own lemons. We are having so much fun!
